Doctor Doctor - UFO

I had a lovely day out with Marathon des Sables hopeful Dr. Alison Rackham today out on The Breaston Beast course. I must say that we couldn't have picked a better day to be out there really and the whole course was absolutely dry for once, all the way round.

For Alison it was a real leap of faith and a door to a new experience of long slow distance running... and she did just brilliantly and has a great future ahead of her.

For me it was the first part of this week's marathon trilogy...
