Forever Autumn - Jeff Wayne's War of the World

What crazy weather in September eh? and what a great day out for a run with MdeS hopeful Shane Benzie who is taking on 'The World's Toughest Footrace' next April. It was my first run since The Robin Hood Marathon and it actually felt very good. Obviously the Ireland break didn't take too much out of my running...

I must say it was just wonderful to be out in the warm sunshine of an Autumn day and I am looking forward to be back on the case on Friday.
