The Dawn is just breaking here in Alderminster and Chris Carver will be here very shortly. He's now 10 mins ahead of Rob Treadwell but unfortunately for Chris he has missed out the part over Lark Stoke - One of the biggest hills there is.

The runners behind are contending with the dark, rain and fatigue as some of them are getting lost on the route now and they are phoning in to get directions. Good job I know where they are going but they do seem to think I know where they are!
